Scheduling
Our Spa & Salon Coordinators
are available to help answer any questions you may have about our services at
(404) 522.3223 for Sweetgrass Salon & Spa Little 5 Points, and (404) 377.7077 for
Sweetgrass Too Candler Park.
Sweetgrass
Salon & Spa in Little 5 Points is available for both Salon & Spa appointments. Sweetgrass Too in Candler Park is only
available for Salon Appointments.
We are happy to help
find your desired appointment on short of notice, or as long of notice you
choose to give. All services are based
on availability. Weekday Same Day appointments are often available for
individual services, but are less available on weekends. Walk In appointments are accepted on availability,
but we strongly recommend advanced booking.
- We require a credit card or gift
certificate number to reserve spa appointments.
Group Events
We are happy to accommodate
group bookings! To schedule your Group
Booking please contact us with as much notice as possible to ensure the
availability of services for your relaxing day at the Spa!
- Multiple service bookings over 3 Guests
require a 50% non-refundable
deposit on the total amount of services. The 50% deposit will be charged 10 days before the Group
Event. Group Event bookings made
within 10 days of service will be charged the day of scheduling. Failure to deposit may result in
immediate cancellation of the appointments.
- Group appointments will be
carefully & purposely charted during scheduling and cannot be switched
the day of service. A full list of services & times for
each guest will be emailed to group contact person within 24 hours of scheduling the event. At that time, you will have 24 hours to make any
changes to the itinerary in order to guarantee appointment availability.
- We ask that your group arrive no
less than 15 minutes
prior to start of service to fill out any necessary paperwork. Tardiness can result in shortened
service times. However, our
technicians try their best to maximize your time.
Prices
& Payment
- Prices are subject to change without
notice. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Debit cards are
accepted.
- Sorry, we cannot accept personal Checks
as payment.
Late
Arrivals
We will do our best to accommodate your arrival, but
ask that you plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your appointment to
ensure your punctuality.
- As a courtesy to our clientele,
please remember that if your treatment time is delayed due to late
arrival, it will end when scheduled so that the next guest is not delayed.
- If you arrive late for your service, you are still responsible for
payment of the full service.
Cancellation
Policy
We are always
delighted to welcome any guest and your business is greatly appreciated.
- A 48 hour advance cancellation is
appreciated on all spa appointments.
- To avoid being charged 100% of the
fee for scheduled appointments, we require 24 hours notice. Appointments made the day of or within
24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% charge for cancellation
or “No Show.”
Gift Certificates
We are excited you
have decided to give the Gift of Spa!
- Phone orders and gift certificate
sales including mail service, are accepted with Visa, MasterCard &
Discover Card.
- Gift certificates are available
for services, packages or any dollar amount. Gift certificates are not
refundable and they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Limited time special service
discounts are not applicable to Gift Certificate purchases.
Etiquette
Our technicians are
licensed and certified professionals who strive to make your experience
comfortable and memorable. If you have
any particular needs please feel free to make mention of this while scheduling
your appointment and we offer a thorough consultation before any service with
the technician performing the service.
- It
is customary to undress fully for Spa Services as the technicians are trained
to drape the body with sheets during services.
If you are uncomfortable with nudity please feel free to leave under
garments on during the service.
- Robes
are provided for multiple services and room transfers.
- All
our services are provided in private rooms.
- Please put Cell
phones on silent while receiving spa services.
